Q. How do I care for my bowls

Q. Will my wooden bowl darken with age?
A. Yes, the woods will all acquire a richer color over the years. The yellow birch bowls will become a little yellower over time. The maple will change the least over time and remain the lightest in color.

Q. Do you sell your products wholesale?

A. Yes we have a dealer network that sell our products. If you would like to see a listing of our dealers click here

Q.  I would like to become a dealer

A. If you want to join our dealer network, please use our online dealer application or contact our sales department.

Q. How do you ship your bowls

A. Our standard method of shipping is Canada Post. If you would like to use another shipping method, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to accommodate you.

Q.  Is shipping Included in the bowl price

A. Shipping is not included in bowl prices.

Q.  Do you provide insurance on shipping

A. Under our standard policy your order will be insured for its retail value and is included in the shipping price.

Q. Does Ironwood Bowls have a privacy policy?
A. Yes, all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.
